SnapMail provides temporary, disposable email addresses for receiving emails. Emails received are typically stored for a short period and then permanently deleted. This service is intended for temporary use cases and should not be used for receiving sensitive information.
You agree to use the Service responsibly and not for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to sending or facilitating spam, phishing, fraud, impersonation, distributing malware, or violating applicable law. You acknowledge that generated email addresses may be accessible by anyone who knows the address and password combination. Do not use them for private or confidential communications.
Emails sent to addresses generated by this Service are not private. They may be visible to other users if they guess or know the email address and password combination. We do not guarantee the security or confidentiality of information transmitted through the Service.
All emails and associated data are automatically and permanently deleted after a predetermined period. We do not offer recovery of deleted data. We do not store logs of email content beyond its temporary existence.
The Service is provided as-is without warranties, express or implied. SnapMail shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
We strive to keep the Service operational. However, online services may suffer disruptions and outages, and SnapMail is not liable for disruption or loss you may suffer as a result. We do not guarantee uptime or availability.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will do our best to notify users of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that SnapMail may bring proceedings before any court or forum of competent jurisdiction and that proceedings brought by you shall be exclusively before the courts in India.
